Dear Ms. Rivera,

Thank you for inviting me to such a great exhibition by a local artist who is becoming a true star in both the cartoon and art scene. It was a wonderful and well-organized exhibition that fully demonstrated Ms. McCabe’s great skills and unique style. The reason I am writing is to report that I did not receive my gift items at the exhibition. I was told that you will send me the gifts by mail within a few days. However, I have yet to receive them. As I am really looking forward to reading The Zeppelin, I want a prompt response from you.

Sincerely,
Clyde Harper

However, we should make clear that you will only receive a mug and a postcard, not the cartoon book, just like the other sponsors in the same sponsorship level as you did. Thank you for your commitment to our museum and the community.

Truly yours,
Annie Rivera
