Melinda Carmichael 9:52
I have a client who would like to see your apartment this afternoon. Would that be possible?

Charles Fredericks 9:54
I'm only available at night today. If not, tomorrow evening might work. Or, you could show your client the space without me.

Melinda Carmichael 9:56
I know he's busy after 5. But let me see if he's free tomorrow. He seemed very interested in renting the apartment after he went over the detailed floor plan.

Charles Fredericks 9:59
Oh, really? That's good to hear. I hope he wants to take it as I need to move into my new place by the beginning of next month.

Melinda Carmichael 10:05
Just spoke with him on the phone. The visit is set for 10 A.M. tomorrow. He wants to take a look around the building, too.

Charles Fredericks 10:06
Sounds good. I'll leave my pass key at the front desk like the last time. Could you call me tomorrow night after 6 to let me know how it went?

Melinda Carmichael 10:07
Of course I will. If he is willing to sign a contract, I will send you a text message right away.

Ready Air Introduces New In-flight Services

Ready Air has expanded its in-flight services for their new fleet of planes, which will start flying in February 2008, a spokesman for the company said. Ready Air is the only airline in the world to offer strictly economy class planes. The planes offer first class service for economy class passengers, the spokesman said. Each seat is equipped with its own TV screen, and passengers can choose from 30 different movies in 20 different languages. At any time during the flight, passengers can enjoy real espresso coffee from Magic Beans Inc., Seattle's most famous brand of coffee. On international flights, every passenger will receive a complimentary travel kit, which includes toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, mouthwash, comb, socks, and sleeping mask. Passengers who have a Ready Air Frequent Flier card will also have unlimited access to Ready Air's in-flight library, which includes an extensive selection of books, newspapers, and magazines. The CEO of Ready Air, Scott Plow, said the fleet's new services "will change the way people in economy class fly."

TO Evan Baughman
FROM Rayleen Webb
SUBJECT Re: Post-conference activity
DATE April 30

Evan,

I checked the Port Royal Cruises Web site you mentioned. I agree that it would be a fun activity for those of us from the company attending the conference in Jamaica in June. I contacted the company to find out about renting the ship, and the cost is $7,500 per day including meals, staff, accommodation, and tours. So, a two-day rental would fall within our budget. We could depart on Friday and be back in Port Royal on Sunday morning, in time for our return flights to Edmonton in the afternoon.

If needed, the ship has audiovisual equipment we can use, and Internet access is available. It also has a paid laundry service, and the cruise line's bus can pick us up at the Mont Drake Resort where the conference is taking place.

I'll proceed with the booking once you give me your consent.

Rayleen
