Conference Room Bookings

Harborview Hotel welcomes reservations for business meetings, seminars, and small conferences. To reserve a room, please complete the online booking form or contact our events desk by phone.
All bookings require a 50% deposit. Online reservations are typically processed within two business days.

Our Standard Conference Package includes room rental for up to 40 guests, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a digital projector. Coffee break service is available for an additional fee. For larger events we provide banquet facilities and full on-site catering options.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Final guest counts must be confirmed at least 7 days prior to the event.

Rooms are available for setup and use between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Early access before 7:00 AM can be arranged for an additional fee.

Leaf & Letter Books: Pop-Up at Central Station, Platform 3

Leaf & Letter Books is pleased to open a limited-time pop-up kiosk at Central Station, Platform 3, opening September 5. The kiosk will offer curated travel reads, staff-recommended new releases, and specialty coffee. Leaf Club members receive special benefits: "Leaf Club members receive 10% off regular-priced items only" and early access to weekend author signings.

Customers may "Pre-order via our website for pickup between 7:00 and 11:00." To celebrate the pop-up, the "First Chapter" sampler will be "free with purchases over $25 through Sept 12."

Team, thank you for a busy first weekend at Platform 3. A few problems need immediate correction.

First, some staff handed out the "First Chapter" sampler to customers who did not meet the $25 purchase requirement. Remember the promotion: "free with purchases over $25 through Sept 12." Second, there have been instances where the Leaf Club discount was applied to clearance items — that is not allowed. Policy: "Leaf Club 10% applies to regular-priced items only."

Third, verification for pre-orders: all pre-orders "must show order confirmation and government ID." Fourth, vouchers: "vouchers are given for purchases over $40." Please give eligible customers a voucher and record the voucher number in the log. Finally, exchanges for non-perishables are accepted within 24 hours with the original receipt.
