Subject: Internal Training — Customer Service Excellence
We are pleased to announce a one-day training session on Customer Service Excellence for front-line staff and supervisors. The session will take place on April 10, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, in Conference Room B, 3rd floor, Central Building. This training is free of charge.
Space is limited to 30 participants. Priority will be given to customer-facing teams. Please register on the company Intranet by April 1. Lunch and training materials will be provided. Participants should bring a laptop for the hands-on exercises. For questions, contact training@citywide.com.
