3:10 P.M.
Have you seen the new episode of Galaxy Combat?

Haley Simmons
3:15 P.M.
Not yet. I’m planning on watching it next week.

Haley Simmons
3:16 P.M.
By the way, I heard that Galaxy Combat will be the last movie in the Galaxy series. Is that true?

Jonathan Stewart
3:17 P.M.
Not that I know of. The Winski brothers have been making every book of the series into a movie, and this is just the third episode.

Haley Simmons
3:20 P.M.
Wow! So there might actually be two more movies? That’s so exciting.

Jonathan Stewart
3:21 P.M.
Well, that is what all we Galaxy fans are hoping for.

Haley Simmons
3:23 P.M.
I also heard that the character Marco is not played by Glen Duchson in Galaxy Combat. I really like him a lot as an actor.

Jonathan Stewart
3:25 P.M.
I do, too. His acting in the Galaxy series was truly amazing. He was great in the second episode of the series.

Jonathan Stewart
3:26 P.M.
However, the acting of the new actor, Jack Lemon, does not meet my expectations.

Julianna Lopez 10:22 A.M. So, it's confirmed. We're presenting a marketing proposal to AEK on July 18 at their headquarters.
John Brenner 10:24 A.M. I heard! How exciting. I went through the company profile in the brochure you gave us. They could be our biggest client to date.
Julianna Lopez 10:25 A.M. Yes. They have 6,000 employees and manufacturing plants in Thailand, Turkey, and Mexico. They also have suppliers in China, Germany, and Korea and generated over $2 billion in sales last year.
Yvonne Bailey 10:25 A.M. I can get to work on the marketing analysis for the presentation. I'd like to use the statistics in the brochure we were given. Do you think they're reliable?
Julianna Lopez 10:26 A.M. That would be fine, Yvonne. I think the figures are accurate. John and Eric, I'd like you to prepare the slideshow and handouts. Start immediately if you can.
John Brenner 10:27 A.M. Got it. It shouldn’t take more than two days to finish.
Eric Zalewski 10:32 A.M. Consider it done, Julianna. Are we going to run through the presentation before the appointment?
Julianna Lopez 10:34 A.M. Let's do a practice session on July 15. During the presentation, I'll give the main talk, and then you three can explain your roles briefly. After that, all four of us can answer any technical or financial questions they might have. Does that sound reasonable?
Yvonne Bailey 10:34 A.M. I think that works for all of us.

25. What is true about AEK?
26. What will Ms. Bailey use for her analysis?
27. At 10:27 A.M., what does Mr. Brenner mean when he writes, "Got it"?

Fumiko Nakamura [10:50 A.M.]
Philip, I'm about to board my flight and should arrive in Boston this afternoon. How's everything going?

Philip Akkarat [10:55 A.M.]
OK for the most part. However, a few system errors occurred in the new computer servers we're using to update the Web site. I called a technician, and he came in this morning at about 8:00.

Fumiko Nakamura [10:58 A.M.]
Was he able to fix the problem?

Philip Akkarat [10:59 A.M.]
He said the issue was more complicated than he first thought. He had another job at 10:00 A.M., so he said he'd be back at 2:00 P.M. to finish up.

Fumiko Nakamura [11:02 A.M.]
Hmm, but those updates need to be done by 4:00 P.M. Why don't you ask the staff to use the old servers for now?

Philip Akkarat [11:03 A.M.]
All right. That will take longer, so we should probably start now in order to finish in time.

Fumiko Nakamura [11:05 A.M.]
Good. I'll see you in a few hours.

32. When will the technician come to complete a repair?
33. At 11:03 A.M., what does Mr. Akkarat most likely mean when he writes, "That will take longer"?

Cleaning a Laptop Computer

Clean your laptop computer efficiently and safely. Before anything else, make sure to unplug all the cords and remove the battery from your laptop. You will need a soft cloth, a can of compressed air, and a bottle of Leaders Cleaner.

Let’s start with the surface. Put a drop or two of Leaders Cleaner on the cloth and wipe all the sides of your laptop. —[1]—. Using a mixture of water and regular soap is fine, but Leaders Cleaner is a better choice as it evaporates almost immediately, eliminating the danger of liquid getting into your laptop. —[2]—.

Next up is the keyboard. Removing the keys and putting them in a bowl filled with water to clean them is an option. —[3]—. However, simply using a can of compressed air to remove the debris underneath the keys will do the job just fine. Cleaning the monitor should be the last step, so you can prevent the screen from getting dirty with the dust you create while cleaning other parts. —[4]—.

Click here to order Leaders Cleaner. A brief video of our expert performing the laptop cleaning is available here. Talk with technical experts and other registered members of Leaders Today about tech-related issues here.

Dear Ms. Gianetti:

As you may know, our office is moving to a new location at 1837 Plymouth Avenue (across the street from the Bailey supermarket). Construction is finally complete, and we will begin seeing patients there on Monday, May 2.

The new location offers twice as many as parking spaces, more examination rooms, and a larger waiting room than the old office on Eastbridge Road did. In order to accommodate an increase in the number of patients, our new schedule will offer weekend appointments and longer hours during the workweek; we will now be open 8 A. M. - 6 P. M. , Monday - Friday, and 10 A. M. - 3 P. M. , on Saturday. We are also welcoming two additions to our staff: Dr. Anne Hui, who has been practicing dentistry for over ten years, and Ellen Howard, our new dental assistant.

For detailed directions to the new location, see the enclosed map. Please note that Exit 9 is the nearest exit if you are driving on the Benson Highway. The nearest light rail station is Grosvenor Street.

To: Edwin Mallory
From: Amelia Foote
Subject: Training session

Dear Mr. Mallory,

I just learned from your memo that I will be required to attend the training session on October 12. Unfortunately, I had already planned to be out of the office that week attending my niece's wedding. My supervisor has given me permission to take that time off, and I have already purchased my plane tickets. I didn't know about the date of the training session when I set up these plans, and it will be very difficult to change them now. My mentor suggested that I ask you for permission to miss this training session. I am willing to attend the next session instead. I hope you don't reject this offer. It is very important to me to be able to attend this family event. Thank you.
